Absolutely invaluabe
I've carried this for four years in my first aid kit, today was the first time I used it and it's hands down one of the best first aid devices I've ever used. I zipped myself with the hedge trimmers. It was a set of deep cuts and I couldn't stop the bleeding with a regular bandage. This you can easily apply one-handed to yourself, it's easy to adjust and get it to apply pressure, it probably saved me a trip to A&E. Directions: Open Apply pad to wound Start looping the bandage through the C-shaped thing to the desired pressure Use the plastic bar to lock against the C thing or use its teeth to grip the bandage

Best dressing for major bleeds
I saw these on a medical course I was on and bought two for my kit straight after. Vastly superior to standard wound dressings. The pressure bar should really help with a major bleed. No fiddling around with the tail end of the bandage and trying to tie off the dressing with a reef knot. It just clips into place, and then if Absolutely necessary can be retensioned using the windlass method. Very compact given the size of the wound pad. Fits easily in the small kit I carry on my motorcycle.

Trauma bandage for heavily bleeding wounds
These are trauma bandages for deep bleeding wounds like slash, puncture, stab or gunshot wounds, or if a limb or digit has been amputated. They are vacuum sealed and are sterile. They soak up a lot of blood and are designed to use pressure to stop the bleeding long enough for an ambulance to arrive and get the injured person to hospital. If the wound is bleeding heavily the bandage can be used as a tourniquet. They come in different sizes, so make sure you get the size you require. Most larger med-kits should have two of each size.

Good product
Although I thankfully have never had to use this product, I have several, one as part of my EDC, 1 in the car and several in my range kit. The product arrived from Israel 2 days late but I can't hold that against the vendor and this product has so far met my expectations.

Noice
Very good, is difficult to fit into a first kit that has little pouches designed to fit dressings in tubes because these are solid rectangular shaped packets but the dressing is outstanding. The packet can also be used as a chest seal which is bonus
