Excellent been looking for one these at a reasonable price for ages! Its very well made with tough material maybe warn child it will feels cold at first but does adapt to body temp not long after think that is to do with material. Delivery on time and well packaged! Good Buy would recommend

The lap weight was lighter than I'd expected. It is useful for probably toddler age group it needs to be heavier for school age children. It could benefit from having non slip surface to stop it sliding off the child's lap especially where the child's clothing is similar to that of the lap weight.

I have two children with special needs, and have bought a lot of sensory products over the years, including this lap pad from Sensory Direct. It is poorly made, and generally their products lack the variety and options of other providers, and they are over priced. I have found a much better quality lap pad, with a more suitable filling, and improved options on colour and 'touch' from a different brand. I would definitely look at alternative brands to Sensory Direct for weighted lap pads, as all these aspects matter so much when it is used.

I bought this product for my nephew who has autism as he uses one st his school. I was very pleased as the product is fantastic quality st a very reasonable price. Most sensory products are overpriced but this is great. I would do recommend this.

We purchased this lap pad for our son who has ASD form of autism. He helped choose this and although he wanted green (his favourite colour) he actually uses this when he feels over anxious.I would certainly recommend this product to others. It's value for money and arrived very quickly.

Not quite heavy enough for my 8 year old son. He likes it, but needs to fold it over to use it. But all children are different.
