I tend to drink a lot of coffee (more than I probably should) but after years of drinking I was growing tired of stained teeth so wanted to explore other options. Pro Plus was a good alternative, you still get the caffeine kick without the tooth staining from black coffee. Recommendation is 1 to 2 tablets at a time and I find that 1 is sufficient for me to keep me focused without being overly alert or stimulated. If I'm particularly tired or have a busy day at work I'll opt for 2 instead. The caffeine wears of gently and subtly without have any sluggish side effects. For the price of a fancy coffee from a coffee shop, you get a lot of tablets that will last a long time if used as and when needed. The tablets themselves are nice and small and can be swallowed with or without water with ease. They have no taste. Happy with the purchase and will reorder more when needed.

When you need the extra boost fir night-tiring drives or just when you have not slept much and need yo be awake and sharp. I usually take 2 each time and at breakfast and then after lunch it works for me when needed
