Comfortable and Supportive Knee Brace
I bought this knee support in pink and have been very pleased with it. It is comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and provides good support around the knee. The adjustable straps help achieve a secure fit without feeling too tight. The open kneecap design offers extra support while still allowing movement, making it useful for walking, exercising, or everyday activities. The material feels soft and comfortable against the skin, and the pink colour is a nice bonus. Overall, this is a good quality knee brace that offers reliable support and great value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for extra knee support

Needs lots of readjusting but healed my knee!
Title sounds a bit over the top but it worked. and I dont know how. Bought this product because I had some knee problems from squatting too heavy too fast. I would get paid when walking for a long time and after taking a break it would not go away. I used this in combination with taking a squat break and my knee feels perfect again. Although I have not tried squatting since due to cancelling my gym membership. I mainly wear it at home or when sleeping. this is due to the fact your knee gets quite hot and sweaty when this is on so I find requires frequent "breathing sessions". I work in an office so cant really keep rolling up my trouser legs. I also find that it gets tight or needs readjusting every so often due to the velcro slipping down my leg (I have small knees so maybe that is a factor) so again, I find it better to use when at home than at work/out, I would like to explain how it works but I am honestly not sure. Regular use of this product just seemed to stop me getting pain in my knee so I cant really complain. It is durable and of high quality with great warmth and support. I can see this product lasting for a while which is great if I ever need it in the future.

Miracle cure - I'm able to Trek again
I hardly ever write reviews but felt this product has improved my quality of life so much that other people need to know about it. I'm only 27 but suffer with knee pain following a motorcycle accident 5 years ago that broke my left knee. I sustained bone and soft tissue injuries and was told my knee would never be the same again - it isn't- and that arthritis would set in early- it has. Even low intensity activities can cause serious pain. One of my main loves in life was hiking, unfortunately even short walks could trigger bad knee pain, so I thought I would have to give up my favourite hobby. Searching online forums for any knee advice for hiking, I was recommended this knee brace. I purchased one 3 years ago and it's been a true miracle cure. By this I mean, I have been COMPLETELY PAIN FREE WHILST HIKING!!! Which I never thought was possible. Infact, I'm currently in Nepal, and have just finished the Annapurna Circuit, walking for 17 days in a row, over 130 miles in total across mountains, carrying all my own bags. My knee is completely fine. Obviously I take it easy and listen to my body, and could've probably walked faster before my accident. However, to do such an intense hike without any pain is a true blessing. This product is comfortable enough to wear for 8 hours hiking a day, offers incredible support to the joint and is such amazing value for money - its great quality - it's lasted years and still is as good as new. I've also combined this product with exercises to target my muscles that support my knee - Quads, calves, hip abductor and glutes especially - as a support is just one answer to the complex problem of knee pain. There are great books available for self help exercises for knee pain such as "bulletproof your knee". But this support has played a VITAL role in my achieving my dream and completing a long distance trek in Nepal, and I hope it helps similar people with knee problems too. :)

My weird knee caps are my downfall
I bought this after I dislocated my knee cap and needed some stability during the healing stage. Unfortunately, I have since found out that my knee caps are higher than where they should be, so it made sense why, whenever I would wear this, it never felt like it fit right. It was great and very sturdy, and it did provide great support. But it just doesn't fit me as it should.

Knee support which works and is not excessively cumbersome
I purchased two of these. I bought one and then after seeing its quality/price and fit bought a second. MY NEED: With the onset of age and arthritis I felt I needed some medium support for hill walking. I did not want a heavy duty support with side supports so decided to try this support. THE QUALITY: The support is well made and the inside is a soft material finish. The stitching looks sound and after several wearings did not show any sign of coming loose. Washing instructions are provided on a small label. COMFORT & USE : The support was worn during warm weather but it was not excessively hot wearing the support. Neither was it uncomfortable but I was aware of the support - a bit like being aware that you are wearing heavy duty rain clothes or carrying a rucksack. The support did do what it claimed and helped during hill walking. It did not make the arthritis go away - its not a magic wand and does not claim that - but it did make it more comfortable. In conclusion I was satisfied enough that these helped my hill walking and will wear them whenever I go hill walking SIZE: I found that these were just large enough but only just to fit my knee. The support fitted my knee which has a circumference of around 43/44cm measured just above the knee when my leg and thigh were at right angles and 42/43cm when the leg was straight. VALUE: These are medium/light duty supports. But being medium/light duty means that for me the compromise between getting support, cost of the support, and comfort was justified. For me these are just about reasonable value for the price (£10) I paid and the cost benefit/quality was good enough for me to purchase a second. If this changed I would re-evaluate

It also seemed like it was holding my knee a lot better before ...
I have had an issue with my left knee since birth and having just taken up running, it has become very clear, very quickly that my knee prefers to work at a slower pace! After running 5k it was in complete agony to the point I struggled to work for the next couple of days. Initially I put this down to it being the first time I had run 5k and just being unfit. After 5 or 6 runs though I started to think it was more likely that it was an issue with my knee as it was the only part of my body that hurt. Initially I put a compression sleeve type support which you pulled up over the knee, however after the first run it irritated me that much that I had to return it for a refund! Not only did it not support my knee at all, it constantly fell down while running. After returning it though I found this item. I ordered it late on a Thursday afternoon and it turned up first thing on Friday morning thanks to Amazon Prime next day delivery (how on earth did I ever cope without next day delivery! Amazon Prime is worth every penny, but that's a different story). When I went for a run on Sunday, the first thing I noticed was that due to the Velcro straps, it was a lot easier to put on and tighten up than the compression sleeve had been. It also seemed like it was holding my knee a lot better before I even started running. About 3k in, where my knee would have normally started to hurt, I hadn’t even noticed any pain. Needless to say, by the time I had finished the 5k there was a slight pain, but nowhere near as bad as previous and within a few minutes of stopping the pain had completely gone. As I don’t intend to run more than 5k any time soon this is perfect for me as it has effectively stopped the pain. The only negative I will give this product is that although it is “breathable” to a certain extent, it obviously does make your leg sweat a little, especially as you want it nice and tight. I’ve done about 10 x 5k runs with it now and I’m amazed at the difference it has made. It’s decreased my 5k time by about 3 minutes on its own! After a few runs with the strap, I tried again without it and found myself in pain again. I decided to try wearing the strap after and for the following day to see if it would speed up the recovery. I think it probably did – it certainly seemed to take the stain off it – however it is not the most comfortable thing to wear under jeans/trousers, so not sure I would recommend for everyday use – although the uncomfortableness of it was far less than the pain I would have normally been in – so if my knee gets bad again, I may consider it.
