Excellent, durable, commerical-grade piece of equipment. will last you a lifetime.
Really nicely sized and priced, i would say, cannot fault it. Requires tall, large muffin papers although in a pinch you can simply cut a square of greaseproof/silicone paper, push into the hole and press it to the corners with your fingers, all-the-while pulling the protruding paper straight and trying to encourage it to fold and overlap in a way that is even distributed, and once youve smoothed it well just cut off the protruding excess with scissors. A simple little recipe (of my very own) for these sorts of molds:weighed directly into bowl number 1-145g (yes grams) whole milk145g sunflower oil2 eggsdash of vanilla extractwhisk briefly to combineRefridgerate/freeze some white chocolate to encourage it to hold its shape whilst bakingadd into the bowl-140g white granulated or caster sugarzest of 1 lemon200g roughly chopped, chilled white chocolate100g frozen raspberries50g chopped dried cranberries (optional)mix in roughly, then sift over this mixture-300g Self-raising flourmix until flour is no longer visible (careful to scrape the bottom), divide over the 6 lined cups, place in the oven at 180 for about 40 minutes, turn around if your oven is as terrible as mine is, and allow a further 10-15. the mixture should not clump heavily to a wooden skewer when inserted into the middle of a muffin. Allow to cool in tin slightly (risk losing their shape if removed too soon after bake) and remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess grease, allow to cool.

Made by angels, used by little devils......
Fantastic Crimbo gift to myself that just keeps on giving! At last a tin that can stand up to the challenge of my ever rising Yorkshire puddings! I've never had a problem with the size of my yorkies but as the mother in law was coming for Christmas I wanted to really take the mickey out of her flat pancakes and find a tin that would exaggerate my already proud puddings...... Omg this was just the tin to do it with! Not only did my yorkies rise but filling the already deep wells 2/3rds full of mixture and then standing well back from the oven, with a torch in one hand and the other covering my mouth whilst Chuckling an evil laugh, I was in ore as I watched this tray give added support to my growing towers of pride. After 20 minutes the evil deed was complete and thanks to the added depth of this tin giving added reinforced sides to the puddings - they didn't even sink back down once added to the dinner plate. It worked wonders shutting her up during the entire meal, she didn't refer to it, comment or hide it in her handbag, she just shut up and ate up! AND I haven't managed to kill its non stick ability yet either which just goes to show the magnificent quality coating as normally I've killed them after 5 uses. If you'd like to render your mother in law speechless during mealtimes, here's my fail safe recipe.... Sift high and twice 4oz of organic plain flour into a large bowl, add a pinch of sea salt, add 2 large organic eggs to the centre of the flour and using a hand balloon whisk; whisk the eggs into the flour until it's that stodgy you need the milk. Add 1/2 pint of cold skimmed milk slowly bit by bit to the stodgy mixture whilst you whisk then leave for at least half hour either in the fridge or on the worktop. Pour a tablespoon of oil into 4 of the wells on the tray and heat up in the 220c fan assisted oven for 5 minutes. Give the mixture a final whisk before pouring 2/3rds full into each well and place in oven for 20minutes never open the the oven door during this time - my mother in law does this and this is why she is known as Ann the flat pancake mam ;)The way to a mans heart is through his stomach and if you can feed him better than his mother ever did especially whilst in her company, suddenly her 15 years worth of snipes are as non stick as this tray is haha :)

Good quality
I bought this muffin tray mainly because it had 24 cups, I don't really like using two 12 cup trays because it's annoying trying to juggle them as you rotate them on the trays in your oven. When I got the tray I was impressed by its sturdiness, it seemed well made and solid. I used it that night and even though I greased the cups before the mixture went in, my muffins came out beautifully, leaving nothing behind. It's pretty easy to clean too, thanks to the non-stick, dirt just glides off. I think it's dishwasher safe but I find hand washing keeps the finish better. All in all, a good purchase, I would recommend it. Best probably for someone who bakes fairly often, if it was for a one off it may be worth getting something very cheap and basic but you get what you pay for!

**WILTON MADE MY DAY**
Best baking buy to date.I bake to fundraise in my honour of my son I lost and wow these jumbo muffins have certainly made a difference Wilton thank you. They are like the ones you'd pay £3 a muffin for in certain coffee shops but now I make my own Blueberry Strusel to Chocolate Banana & more and people can't get enough which has given my sins fundraiser a boost. They are so great I bought 2 and will now be buying more. Please do not be out off by size as the muffins tins do so much more than just that, they do iceream deserts, Milton middle chocolate cakes, they told my cones for my Dulce de Leche cone cupcakes.Fantastic price, size, quality. A great for any baker. Highly recommended speedy delivery. Top of my wishlist now love these muffin pans.I'd use the cafe muffin tulip cases (B01MRNUU65Bakery direct 200 Chocolate brown Tulip coffee shop muffin wraps/cases £10.99) great price for 200 cases.

Great muffin tin!
This has to be the best non-stick muffin tin ever. My salted-caramel muffins came out beautifully. The blueberry ones did stick at the edges where some of the juice bubbled out but were fairly easily released although the sticky juice that got into the seams at the top of the holes was not so easy to clean out. I have also noticed that the blueberry juice has stained the non-stick coating.I have given 4 rather than 5 stars because of this but still highly recommend the product. Excellent value for money.

Wilton Muffin/Cupcake Pan
I absolutely love this pan! I use it to bake cupcakes as my cupcakes cases are much bigger than the average size and tend not to fit in a regular cupcake pan. It's very easy to wash and very sturdy to date I have baked over 1000 cupcakes in it and it still looks like new, this is not an exaggeration as I have had to bake 500 cupcakes each for two weddings. I sometimes spill cake batter on it and it literally wipes off clean no scrubbing required. The pan has not discoloured, bent or buckled in any way. I use the pan in my oven over and over for hours repeatedly as I have a small oven. I love it so much I have now bought two and I can't tell which one is the new one they both look brand new.

Wouldn't buy another brand
This is a great standard size muffin tin perfect for making muffins with liners or fairy cakes. You can also use it to make small Yorkshire puddings. It's super easy to clean, everything wipes right off with no hassle. It feels heavy but not too heavy , as in it feels good quality. I tend to use this with muffin liners and and that means I can make slightly larger muffins even though the tin is quite small. I purchased this because I already own the Wilton jumbo muffin pan and found it to be perfect even 3 or 4 years down the line , this one is just as good.

A Yorkshire lass recommends these tins for Yorkshire Puddings
We find the tins far too big for muffins however anyone wanting the perfect Yorkshire pudding I would buy these as they are perfect. If you need to impress muffins do look fabulous in these but be warned you need a lot of cake mix I only got 5 however they had the wow factor using the tulip style casesAnyone scared of making puddings try my recipe, measure 3 eggs in a jug add exactly the same ml of milk and plain flour salt and pepper. Let it stand a good hour or longer in the fridge and only give a quick stir before use. Put your tins in the oven whilst cooking the roast they need to be hot, turn the oven on full and cover the bottoms with veg oil and get it smoking, 5 to 10 mins add the mix quickly and put in the oven for about 15 minutes turn it down to about 180c for the last 5 minutes or so. Perfect every time I promise and it will make 6
