No, you can’t carry on anything that is a gel, liquid or a paste over 100ml - unfortunately this falls into the ‘Gel’ category. Perfectly fine to pack in your hold luggage though.

Yes. Just put it to one side for a while to let it cool down then you can re use it.

Will this be good for cooling down feet in the night ?

Yes, it's wonderful for cooling down your feet, I've been using them that way for years. Cools me down much better than using in a pillow for my head, and far more comfortable. In really hot weather I use one downstairs in the living room. Bliss.

I am considering all products to help my son serving in Iraq in 52 degrees. Would this item work there ?All suggestion gratefully received please.

I have just bought this because i have a brain and spinal condition and place it at the back of my head for relief .. it's a good product however it gets warm again quickly therefore temporary.And that's only in our normal UK heat so not sure how it would cope in heat that hot.
