It depends on the inoa colour used. It will tell you on the box if it's a 1 + 1 mix or 1 + 1+ 1 if it is the latter then yes use the gel as follows 40gm of Gel + 60g of Oxyidant + 60g tube of colour

I Use 6% with 5.32. That was recommended to me when I bought the first batch from a high street specialist supplier.
