I've taken 500mg raspberry Ketones from Holland and Barrett before, and from day one, I loose the hunger pangs and I feel like there's some fat burn going on and by the end of the week I see a difference but with this, I am still wolfing down everything I can find though it claims to be 1000MG. I also do not understand the dissonance of this claim in the marketing statement that says"MAXIMUM STRENGTH: 1000MG Raspberry Ketones per Capsule, Giving you 2000MG daily pure raspberry ketones with natural raspberry fruit extract. BEWARE: The vast majority of Raspberry Ketone supplements offer below 1000MG per capsule. "How does 1000MG give you 2000MG? Very weird. Also, I feel like this is just a placebo. Also strange is the fact that on the bottle, it does not display the MG content boldly like all others do. I am quite honestly not feeling like I have introduced 1000MG of raspberry ketones into my system.

These ketones have made me have nasty patches of big black bruises as I’m disabled they have badly reacted to them these are the only ketones that Iv reacted badly they have an I ingredient that the others haven’t so please check my nurse couldn’t believe it but after stopping then my skin is looking a little betterYours becky

I started taking these pills on Tuesday, it’s now Thursday. My bowel movements are more frequent and I am not constipated, I do feel that I have not been eating as frequently as these pills suppress appetite, I will update my review in a month when I have finished the pills.

Only negative feedback on this item is that it's advertising says it's 2000ml and that you get a month's worth.. but in fact you only get 1000ml tablets, do if you need 2000ml you tub does not last a month.. meaning your paying twice as much for a month supply...Seller needs to advertise with correct information...Will go elsewhere from now on..

This product has definitely helped me to loose weight. In addition to a calorie controlled diet, I feel full and have no cravings between meals.

It seems to have got rid of my bloating tummy .caused by menopause. Love it
