Made such a difference
I have been buying backpacks for homeless for several years. The first one I bought on Amazon came with this patch. A few years later, I was replacing it and the patch was not on it. It apparently meant so much to the person that they noticed and mentioned it. I bought this as an addition and made them very happy. It's heavy, adheres EXTREMELY well and the reflective properties are great for someone walking at night.

Velcro holds great. The glue holding the striping has started to loosen up. Just used some super glue to fix.
