A great begginer set of knowledge. I enjoyed resding this collection. It claify to me many important concepts that I missunderstood before.I do recommend It for those who wants to introduce to Lean System and want to give their firts steps in this amazing quality and productivity world.

This is not 3 books in 1. Based on the content, this is not the correct title.Very short book, from my point of view is very incomplete.

At first I was pleasantly surprised that this book is only 160 pages, since editors pressure writers to add fluff and make bigger books.Unfortunately, this is mostly just fluff.For example, the author tells you how important the “Five Whys” and “smoke testing” are, but never bothers to define what those concepts are.There are many bullet pointed concepts that are never elaborated on.The author notes that “Effective lead generation” is critically important, but dedicates 8 sentences to it: 2 restate that it’s important, 6 are a quasi case study from one random company.The author repeatedly recommends curiously obscure applications / b2b tools without any explanation or comparison about why they’re the right tools.Save yourself $35 and read blog posts on Lean Six Sigma instead of this book.

I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but this book is poorly written and constructed. It feels like it was written over one weekend after skimming a few lean six sigma books.
