I've never been much for personalized products, but after losing several generic coffee tumblers or ending up with cheap, short-lived products, I decided to go all out for once. Being a life-long trekkie, this product caught my eye. I recently recieved it in the mail and I have to give kuddos to the quality of the laser engraving. Additionally, the lid seal is fantastic, which definitely is a big plus considering I like my coffee to stay at lava temp for as long as possible.What really took me by surprise was the speed of service and delivery. My Amazon account estimated 7-10 days for product delivery. I recieved the product in 3. That's service right there. 5 stars all the way.

A huge Star Trek fan and using this personalized insulated mug is awesome for my day to day running around whether drinking hot or cold drinks. Used while in Barbados (highly recommend, btw 😉) and helped to stay hydrated in the heat.
