I already have sturdy leather belt for serious lifts like squat and deadlift, but wanted something a little more comfortable where a lighter support is needed, just to help keep the core tight. This is a good belt for that purpose, fully adjustable and stiff enough to provide some support.I can recommend this belt for anyone wanting to keep tight while curling etc. but not for heavy lifts, it's too narrow and soft for those.

I'm about 32-34 waist. Medium fits perfectly for me. Very secure around waist, very comfortable too. Belt is very well made, not sure why a more expensive belt would be needed.I was pleasantly surprised as I the incorrect size belt was delivered and for my inconvenience I was given some straps as a gift. Great company who looks like they look after their customers, would definitely buy off these guys again. Filled me with confidence.

Having used this for nearly a year, now I can say it did its job when I first started lifting weight. This certainly helps but won’t get you far as you progress to heavier weight the support is not great.
