Yes this actually works.....
Yes this actually does work, at least it does for me. I've been using for a few weeks now and it definitely helps to reduce my hunger which means I can get away with smaller portion sizes etc which has helped me to manage my weight. As well as taking as instructed I've found that taking one after a meal can also help reduce the 'need' for evening nibbles! Overall I think it's a great product that can play an important part in weight management..... and with no side effects

I think these do work
I do think these Garcinia tablets suppress my appetite.I have tried various brands over the last 2 years and this brand works the best for me.I have lost 3 stone gradually over the last 2 years. And I have kept it off. Every time I feel my weight creeping up around my tummy, I start taking these 3 times a day and the excess pounds fall off again after a number of weeks.

Actually works but pain in liver
Been taking for few days.First time I took it I thought it was not working as I was still hungry,but when I started to eat I was only able to finish half of meal.Now day by day I am less and less hungry and when I eat I am full more quickly and don't have much desire for sugary stuff.I did not weigh myself because I don't want to be obsessed with weight but I am sure that if this keeps working I will lose weight as I eat less.Most important is that it does not kill my appetite completely as is not normal to not feel hungry at all,but I can control myself much better,with no effort at all.Also I find that my mood is much better,I am more stable and it does not rase my heart rate which is much appreciated. I just hope it keeps on working because I feel I can eat like this all the time and not have to go on diet,feeling hungry all the time,then giving up and going back to old habits.I think people want quick fix because they cant stand the thought of being ravenous,you can stand it for week or two and you go back and yo yo and gain more .The hardest thing when you are overweight is that people think I am stuffing myself all the time when I am actually eating until I feel full and it looks like my body cannot recognize that signal and I eat too much calories then I should.This supplement helps with this.I just hope it stays this way.Great quality,no side effects,great price.If anything changes I will update,but I really ,really hope it will stay this way. Update- I have quit taking as my liver started to hurt but it did help with my appetite, I just don't want to risk my health

Best diet tablets for keeping you full
Hi recived these tablets yestetday wasn't expecting much but I'm so full this morning didn't want breakfast no side affects was naughty yestetday had a biscuts went threw me no hunger pains just feel full i would recomend if you want a product to make you feel full found what I've been looking for . What a great product. Took a tablet in the morning and was not feeling hungry until lunch time. Took another again late afternoon and which stopped the evening snacking. Will buy again.
