Total waste of money from my point of view...
Utterly useless. I actually PUT ON weight when taking these tablets.As for the 'FREE' diet sheet, it's a joke. It's surely obvious that if you stop eating - or cut your calorie intake from 2600 a day down to 1600 as the diet sheet suggests - of course you will lose weight.The suppliers claim '100% Quality Assured Money Back Gaurantee'; well, we will see and I will update this review accordinglyUpdate:Whilst unfortunately the product did not work for me, the seller's customer service is much more satisfactory. After explaining the situation, they issued a full refund. All credit to them. I hope the product works for others.

Absolute waste of money
Have been using this product for 3 weeks and it has had absolutely no affect on my life or eating habits. I have not lost any weight or had any loss of appetite. Absolute waste of money.
