It's was a little hard to get it clipped onto my vent but that's probably because my hands aren't very strong. It holds my phone solidly and I love that my phone is in a good place to be seen while driving. I've tried dash mount (which are sometimes not very sticky so they fall or they do stay but they're just ugly and right out there on your dash). I've tried the cup holder kind, which worked but that's an awkward place to have to look at your phone while following directions while driving. I've tried a magnetic one but it couldn't even keep a hold on my phone with minimal movement testing it before installation. No way was it going to hold my phone through bumps while driving. My phone would've dropped off at the first minor pothole. I've used this vent-mount one many times and it's worked out each time.

UPDATE!!! After going through 2 of these phone holders & wanting to love it so much I just can’t. I definitely am careful with my things. The second one literally fell apart when I took it out to see why my phone fell out. The whole side was cracked… so it’s made so crappy that it cracks while chillin overnight in the vent it’s supposed to be in 👀 idk, I’m at a loss… I wanted to love it, as you can see from my OP… I need to find one that will fit my round vents… the idea behind this is there, it’s just not quite there, if you know what I mean 🫶🏼 please please fix this ORIGINAL POST: Do not waste your time with other phone holders if you have round vents!!! Love love love this phone holder for my Mercedes. It fits perfect in the round vents without damaging them. It holds tight but with flexibility to turn the phone from side to side. It’s made well. It is a little pricey, but after buying a couple other holders that just didn’t work, it is well worth it!! I’m so glad I went with this one!!

The X-Rnio car phone holder mount works отлично with my 2018 E300! I really like the sleek, stylish design; it perfectly complements the luxury aesthetic of the car while holding my phone securely in place.

I would love to give it 5 stars, because of its simple and easy-to-install design, however, the articulated (ball joint?) does not hold its position when driving over a hump or hitting a recessed manhole, as the weight of the phone makes the holder tip forward, requiring to upright the phone if you need to use the GPS or similar. The tigtening screw has no affect on that joint. Will continue to search for a holder that "holds" 100%.

Overall I liked this product but it does have a few things that could be better. It's not that great with phones that have a "kickstand" protective case, it doesn't hug the phone in place that well and has flown off the holder a few times. The arm could be a little tighter it's a bit loose especially after you adjust it a bit it just loosens more. It is awkward to get to the nob that tightens it and if you keep turning it it eventually just unlocks it, uuggghhh! It fits in the air vent well, it is made of good quantity materials. It is a good value for your money as long as you have the right phone case (which can easily be changed, or taken off while using it). It is very easy to install and quick & easy to place phone In and take phone out. It is also adjustable, you can tilt forward and backwards or turn to the sides easily.

Just used this on a 4 hour each way road trip. It fit very well on the round vent in my Mercedes, didn’t block the screen or cup holders. I only have a little iphone 12 mini but it would definitely fit larger phones. It has an adjustment knob to loosen or tighten the swivel so once you get it set to the angle you like, you can tighten it so it won’t move or droop. Seems like a really great design, glad I bought it. Since I live in Phoenix, I won’t be leaving it in my car when not in use. If you want anything plastic to last in the desert, you have to keep it out of sun and extreme heat.

I was skeptical about the product based on the brief videos in the Amazon product page but this mobile holder appears to be really solid. Granted I've only had it for one day so I have no real sense of wear but I did put it through a healthy number of repetitive uses today. It has all the hallmarks of being robust enough for the task. I'm using it with an iPhone 14 Pro Max (n.b. heavier than the new titanium iPhone 15 Pro Max) in a Nomad MagSafe case and the holder is holding up well (no pun intended, honestly). Time will tell. BTW, my GLC 300 Coupe is new-to-me (a 2020 purchased by me in Nov2023) which is why I needed the product in the first place. As I'm learning more about the car, I'm also having to make use of my iPhone more often than normal to check YouTube videos about various aspects of Mercedes-Benz ownership. That process is what has led me to, shall we say, somewhat excessive use of the phone holder today. Additionally, the laden mobile holder has held up well to some "spirited" driving on my first weekend day of GLC 300 ownership. Make of that what you will. So far I am exceptionally pleased with the product. It has far surpassed my expectations! Good job X-Rnio!

I purchased X-Rnio Car Phone Holder for my girlfriend's parents, as they have a Mercedes with the round air vents and were looking for a phone holder that wouldn't block their view of the road (i.e. the suction cup mounting types). After hours of searching I stumbled across this product and decided to give it a shot as it seemed very well priced. They have been using it for a couple months now with no complaints at all. It was easy to install, is sturdy and the gravity style mechanism is really practical and easy to use. Given the extremely limited range of phone holders that suit the Mercedes round air vents I couldn't be happier with the product.

Works great. Firm fit. I must have bought the wrong model as it does not do wireless charging. No problem as I just charge my phone to the car usb port; works just as well.

I used it for 1 week and it started popping out and got bend from the sun, very bad and very expensive

I would give this 10 stars if I could! THE BEST PHONE HOLDER EVERRRRRRR! I wish I never wasted money on other holders because this is genius. No fiddling. Drop your phone in and it’s secure. A+++++ design.
