The hot pot worked as described.
The steamer was thin metal. it is very easy to buckled if not handle gently. Hot pot worked as described.

Broke after 4 uses
It worked great until the power switch fell apart. Seems to be no way to get it back together and it's a plastic nut.

A good cooking equipment to have in a kitchen.
Easy to use. I like the size of it. However, I got a scratch on the bottom of the pan a day after using it even though I cook with non-scratch utensils. It also takes me about 10-15 minutes to hand wash it.

Electric pot
This electric is perfect. Multifunctional, easy to use and clean , I can cook 2 things at the same time , look durable and resistant. Perfect size .

LOVE this product!!
The media could not be loaded. Love this!!! First I want to mention this pot is very light in weight which is really nice whenever you put soup in it it can get heavy or harder to transfer. This product could be used for hot pot or steaming vegetables or buns the possibilities are endless! Also check out the handles on the side there a softer material that feels really nice on your fingers and I really appreciate that because I’ve had some that do not have that little extra detail. Excited for hot pot season with this at my side!!

Pot gets hotter in center than surrounding area.
Hard to walk away from this cooker due to the very center getting much hotter than the surrounding area, therefore the food in the center burns before the rest of food is done. I would have returned it if I had used it more and realized this was a definite flaw and not user error. Level 2 up has this burning issue. Lower level is too warm and takes awhile to simmer food. Great concept for one pot cooking and summer cooking.

Very convenient
Light weight, easy to clean, heating up fast, lots of room to cook/steam. We did the hot pot on the kitchen island and it was fun! The 2 heat setting levels was great. The glass cover is a little thin so I’m afraid it’ll break so handle with care!
