Arrived quickly, the tape works well to support the ankle injury. Important too is, that is doesn’t irritate the skin. Comes of easy enough, specially when wet, but at the same time stays on easy for 3days.

Sticks fairly well, but doesnt seem to relieve pain as effectively as others. Overall a decent product, but will probably go for tiger k tape or rock tape next time

Brilliant physio tape. Used on both thumb joints following steroid injections for arthritis. Really sticks well and supports joints. Protection is excellent and elasticity superb. Worth every penny. Quality product with fast delivery. Lovely colours too!

I use this to help with my arthritic knee. If I can 'lift' the kneecap it helps. This tape is very stretchy and I find it easier to use than Rock Tape which is heavier overall. It also stays on.

It’s early days but I am feeling some relief. I am using this on my wrist, not sure what is wrong with it but this is my first port of call.

I’ve bought cheaper tape which just hasn’t adhered for very long so Im forever having to re apply it. This one sticks and stays for a few days, May be a week if you are careful. Recommended.
