Best ever. Expensive but in the following half year from first purchase, we bought multiple and replaced all our trays. They are thick, not warping, strong, really stainless luxury look and feel. No regrets.

These may just be the nicest jelly roll pans I have ever owned! I am replacing three or four heavy gauge Aluminum jelly roll pans with these. The Aluminum ones have gotten to the point that they’re difficult to keep that layer of Aluminum corrosion/nastiness off of them , so you felt like you always had to clean them before use. These are heavy weight Stainless Steel and will look good and last for years while doing a great job. Pricey, but worth every penny.

These are nice and heavy baking pans. Very useful and sturdy for baking. They clean up easily.

This is the greatest sheet pan I have ever owned. It absolutely does not warp or rust. It excels at roasting vegetables - plenty of room for everything to spread out and it browns the food well. The small lip makes sure nothing drips out into the bottom of the oven. It also works really well for cookies. Couple of things you should be keep in mind 1. Because it's tri-ply clad, it is definitely heavier than your average 1/2 sheet pan. If you own any clad cookware, just think about the weight difference between it and a lesser quality piece. This sheet pan is not unwieldy but you're going to need to use both hands to lift it out of the oven when it has hot food on it. 2. The handles really help you handle the pans weight but they also make the pan larger than your normal 1/2 sheet pan. In my case, it makes it awkward to put in the dishwasher. It generally ends up face down on the bottom rack and it's the only thing down there with the silverware caddies. All things said, I would absolutely buy this thing again. It's great.

I can never get it as clean as it first arrived, then again it was not meant to be displayed. It is a versatile cooking implement that I would suggest is better to have and not need it than need it and not have it. If I can buy a product made closer to where I was born than 95% of the products out there, price would not deter me.

The most awesome baking pan I own. The pan is very high quality, heavy, keeps a shine and cleans easily.
