I like a good dry-form hydration drink that is easy to transport and mix. This product has a very light taste - to me almost a bit like a watered down popular seltzer tablet (which I've always liked the taste of). I have made it with room temp water and also with cold water. The GREAT part about this is no messy powder to spill or deal with. The tablets are packed into a tube and are easy to carry and keep. It's a great hydration option over some of the commercial sports drinks on the market. You don't prepare it til you need it - which I like. That said - I tested it by leaving it out in a thermos cup for a couple of days and finished half of a drink just to see if 'aging' would make a difference. And it really didn't. So making it, and keeping it in a bottle / thermos cup for a couple of days - will have similar results to making and drinking all in one sitting.

I'm always looking for a way to get my calcium and vitamin D in. So I dropped one of these tablets in a glass of ice water and gave it a try.It didn't fizz right away and it was kind of slow for the flavor to disperse in the water. My glass was larger than the 250ml (8.45oz) of water it recommends. The taste was pretty much standard lemon/lime. It isn't that sweet, a tad like a mild lemonade. It probably would have been stronger flavor in a smaller glass. The flavor was pleasant and citrus.I cannot say much about how well the vitamins will work but hopefully they will give me the boost I need.One con about this is that at the end of drinking this, there was a lot of white calcium particles at the bottom and sides of my glass. Probably just too heavy to get mixed in.

These taste like lemon juice and water. I happen to like water with lemon so I was OK with it.Dissolves reasonably quickly. About as fast as an Alka Seltzer.Fortunately I don't suffer from bone density issues, but I did break my foot in martial arts training a year or so ago. This has caused me to look for ways to work more calcium into my diet.Here's a decent tasting and fat free alternative to milk and dairy. Worth trying if you are like me and feel you need a little calcium boost.

I bought few hundred dollars worth if effervescence pills trusting Amazon will let me return if bad. Terrible terrible and i am stuck with them. As these are so bad that even the manufacturer doesn’t want them back. They will dump it in you!

I try all kinds of products like this for added energy and to keep from getting sick (or to get rid of anything that I'm starting to get). I'm really busy and have kids so I can't afford to be sick for days. This was a nice surprise - most of this drop and drink options are either really strong or have an odd taste/after taste. This once was surprisingly light so much easier to drink. It tastes similar to sprite maybe, but more of the flat taste of sprite - without the sweet/syrup-y taste.
