BEWARE of Dental Erosion! I've been drinking amino energy for 1.5 years as a replacement for coffee thinking it seemed like a healthier option. I am 30 years old and would drink 1 shaker cup 20oz with 3 scoops of amino energy once a day. I liked the taste of amino energy flavors and felt it gave me a good amount of energy for the day. I recently went to the dentist whom I havent seen in the past 1.5 years and found out I had severe acid erosion to my teeth due to drinking amino energy. I just want to make others aware of the dental erosion they could get from drinking this.

Ok, the taste is amazing, the package came good and sealed. The reason I give 1 star is that they do not use caffeine from green tea but instead they use 100 mg of caffeine, 50 mg of green tea leaf extract and 10 mg of green coffee bean extract. I have used other flavors like concord grape and lemon-lime and they are an energy blend of caffeine ( from green tea), Green Tea extract (Camellia sinensis leaf) and Green coffee extract. I dont understand why they would change that and use regular coffee but as a person who suffers from migraines and is a bariatric patient this product is a BIG NO-NO! The value for the money is great, again the taste is great but this product sadly dont work for me. I will continue to use Essential Aminos but the original series which my favorite so far is lemon-lime.I add pictures of both products so you understand the comparison.

I normally do fine with this brand, but this flavor really messed with my stomach. I tried a few different times weeks apart, but every time I drank this flavor I didn’t feel well. I gave it to a friend and it didn’t bother her at all so it was probably just me. I enjoyed the flavor, but not the after affect of an upset stomach along with a good cleanse of my system.

I was on the hunt for a good pre-workout and I have tried SO MANY. I found that all Amino Energy products have had a great taste and work really well.There are no jitters and you do not feel your heart pounding after consuming. If you are sensitive to caffeine I suggest starting off with the lowest (or half the lowest amount) and working up to what you can handle. I also suggest that you consume this before 12pm (is sensitive to caffeine) as this can keep you awake late into the night if you drink it for a night or afternoon workout.

White Peach Tea was a taste bud explosion, refreshing and light. Highly recommend the White Peach Tea and will purchase again.Mint flavour had a strange after taste, will not purchase again. The half and half flavour also had a strange after taste, will not purchase. again.However, I do recommend the following flavour. White Peach Tea, Blueberry Mojito, and Strawberry Lime.

Works as advertised. Clear instructions on label. All flavors, I've tried 3, are as described.One dislike, packaging size. It's like a bag of chips. 1/3 full of powder and I only mention because it makes scooping out the powder harder than it should be.Please change the packaging container or give a scoop with a longer handle.

20 oz bottle of water 5 scoops; thinking drink will be short on sweetness.Drink is too sweet. 2oz maybe 3oz that I did gave me a caffeine pow! Shazaam !WOW!Preparing for later use I split the rest into 2 bottles. But after this pow WOW, I’ll dilute the 2 bottles for less of a Shazaam.Start with one scoop not 2

The taste was decent. If you like mint tea, and you like green tea...it tastes like mint tea with green tea. If you don’t, you won’t like it.I was surprised by the amount of energy it gave me. I work very long days and towards the early evening I started drinking a little at a time of this and pretty much buzzed through the evening.Yes, I will buy it again because it’s pretty good stuff, especially for the price.
