Well made and easy to use

Perfect though not as white as I expected. Still, from a form, fit, and function perspective they are perfect, I used them for my project, and the remainder of them will remain in my inventory on ready standby should/when I need them again.

According to the photos of the listing. 1/2" can work for "cable rang mm 6-12". I have 10mm cable and it barely grips it with it tightened as tight as I can manage. With that, not sure I would consider it water tight. I was waiting to start a project for these and ordered based on description. Now things are on hold till I get a replacement in a smaller size. I would say the minimum range of the 1/2" is 10.5mm to maintain a secure connection.Update: after trying to tighten it without a cable I saw that it does get tighter. With calipers it shows it get down to 5.75mm. I updated my rating to 4 stars. After attempting to do this on my cable again it has quite a lot of resistance to the point of hurting my finger to tighten this down. I have another brand cable glad that I purchased locally that you can tighten easily by hand. This one would require thin wrenches to get the desired grip. I opened this up and compared it to the local one and the rubber gland is alot thicker. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing but it sure makes tightening these things a chore.

Not much to say. Works well and was as described.Make sure you know your sizes as two types of sizes are commonly used for measuring these.

I used these for a modified solar box enlarging the hole to make it fit. Has good strentgh and insulation to waterproof. I recommend these

Does what it says, doesn't leak water through, threads will tighten pretty good until they strip so you can really lock it down, hose fits nicely through it and holds tight. I definitely recommend not using a stiff line for this though, repeated bending might cause it to break.

Got these to install some led work lights on my tractor. Works great

Used these on a boat for some water tight connections on some throttle cables, they work wonderful. Just use a ¾ npt tap and they thread in perfect.

How difficult is it to get the color right? I needed white for a job where the appearance was important but the cable glands I got are light grey. Don't put white in the product description when it's actually grey. I had to order from a different vendor to get a product that is actually white. A waste of time and money and the latches on the storage container it came with don't keep the container shut so you have to tape it or use a rubber band etc. otherwise have the contents empty out all over the place. The storage container is decent and useful to keep if it worked but instead it adds to all the plastic already in landfills.
