I'm 5'5" 123 lbs and ordered a medium and definitely could have gotten the small. Medium should fit!

I'd order a small. 5'3" 110 lbs. BUT I had to get the blouse altered. IT IS A TIGHT FIT!!! I'm a 34 D also. The alterations gal added a piece of material on both sides of the blouse so I could move and get the "girls" in. She also adjusted the buttons to make it a bit tighter. I'll see if I can post a photo for ya

The bottoms fit me nicely, the top didn't fit at all. I'm a 36DD though. So not sure if your size will make a huge difference or not. My other issue was the suspenders. I'm tall, 5'10, so that front part of the suspenders really didn't sit properly on my chest and it's not very adjustable. You can always buy and return. But honestly it's so hard to say how that costumes fit people. Good luck!
