Perfect fit great value
This item fit perfectly in our 2008 Honda Pilot. The original oil plug stripped the aluminum oil pan threads causing a leak. I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly. The only alteration I made was installed the original washer from the previous plug. This allowed me to tighten the DeeFill to 14 ft lb/168 in lb torque requirement. Perfect fit and no leaks.

Fixes What Aggressive Oil Changers Break
After years of having the oil changed in our van by "professionals", the oil pan drain plug stripped. I was quoted as much as $1300 to get a new oil pan installed. I opted for this instead and am not disappointed. I'll be changing my own oil moving forward and will update this if anything changes.

A great easy fix to an ugly problem.
My son recently picked up a 1986 Quadsport 230 to fix up. Previous owner had screwed up the threads for the oil plug, in then engine case. This was an easy fix to the an ugly issue.

Works great on my ATV
I stripped the oil pan drain bolt on my Honda Rancher Atv. This bolt saved me over 1000 in repairs. Fits tight and no leaks. Quality product

Solved my stripped oil pan problem.
My Toyota dealership over torqued the drain plug and stripped the pan at my last service which I discovered after three days, when I noticed the oil puddles all over my driveway. I took it back to the dealership. They’re response was that these pans “wear out” and that they would be happy to replace the oil pan for $960. Outrageous. I bought this product and fixed their mistake. No issues.
