I was skeptic. I didn't know what to expect but I am happy with this product. It helps my neck pain.

Had 3 fusions and it hurt my neck, very hard, wasn’t comfortable for me but may help others

I was waking up with neck pain almost daily. I see a chiropractor for several issues and I asked him about the cervical stretcher. He said to go ahead and try it . "It should help." He said to ease into it, with just a few minutes a day.My personal trainer also showed me a few neck exercises and stretches to do in addition to the cervical stretcher.I am very happy now because my neck issues are totally under control with using the neck stretcher for 5 min once or twice a day.I would also recommend that you watch some of the instructional videos. Amazon indicates that this item is often returned. I think this is because people do not use it properly.

Got for my wife. She said it hurts her neck. She has arthritis in her neck. She stated that it was very uncomfortable and it hurt her neck after each use. So, it didn’t work for us.
