sensor system is very nice my cat is using this however it doesn’t get stick. so i fixed with some tape overall it is a useful product

This is cool and I thought my cat would like this and stop asking for water from the sink. Well, she drank from it once and I have not seen her touch it since (I have had it for a month). I think for her the problem is that there is so much water flowing out of the facet versus when I give it from the sink it's a slim stream. If there was a way to make the pump less powerful or to make the facet slimmer I think would be great. Also, with the design of having such a big tank it makes it sit so much higher and this could be another turnoff. Good product, just depends on how your pet responds to it.

No sensor and no 3 water speed variation

Thought of buying it since my cats were drinking from showers and faucets and not from the water plate. This fountain solved the issue. It comes with the wall outlet plug and usb wire, so I am using it along with 10Ah battery, enough for 3+ days

The silicon carpet is not available as stated and only provided one set of filter instead of 3 like mentioned. So basically not as described.

Very loud, and you need to add water constantly,even if switched off.
