I have always been a very light sleeper. I can go to bed at 10 o'clock at night and I'm up Wideawake at 2:30 in the morning. I know that that's not healthy so I tried to use sleep aids and that only made me feel hung over. Calcium and magnesium work well together but not at the same time. Calcium I take during the day but magnesium I take about an hour before I go to bed and I sleep 6 to 7 hours without waking up. I was absolutely amazed. As we get older our body doesn't give us all the nutrients through food that we need so this is awesome. And you don't have to dissolve it in water you can take a scoop and just throw it in the back your throat and drink a couple gulps of water. It has no taste. I 1000% recommend this product. Especially if you have anxiety and you can't settle down at night. I didn't realize how poorly I was sleeping until I actually slept well. And at almost 68 years young that's a big deal.

Magnesium citrate should be 100% water soluble, and being that this is a powder, all of it should dissolve, but it doesn't, with at least 15 to 20% remaining at the bottom of the glass even after constant stirring for several minutes. Other magnesium citrate powder I bought previously had 100% solubility. The fine grit left at the bottom is bad for the enamel of the teeth, it is abrasive and gritty, possibly a filler like silica. The ingredient supplement panel says there are no other ingredients other than magnesium citrate, but this is obviously not true. The bad thing is I don't know what I'm really ingesting since some part of it is obviously not mag citrate. It is adulterated and should be yanked from the market. The deception of Nutricost is the attractively low prices and this is the 2nd one of their products I was scrammed by, the other being Vitacost vit K2-MK7 which is up to 75% inactive cis isomer as the customer rep had told me when I asked - explains why its one fourth the cost because you might only get one four the dosage. I will go back to paying a bit more with the Now brand because they test there products and have a long reputation of good quality and at least I will know I'm getting what I am supposed to be.

I have been taking this product for quite a few months now, and it definitely gives me more energy throughout the day when I take it. I can tell that it absorbs into my system a lot better than any of the pill forms I have taken in the past, I put it in my coffee in the morning so that it has time to dissolve a little more, it has zero taste, comma, and they have greatly improved the greediness. It is well worth it. Being that it is magnesium citrate it also helps to keep me regular if I take double the dose, On the days that I need to get cleaned out, you know! I just bought my second container and was debating on if I should get the pill because they are easier to take for sure! But I just could not Forget how much better this product has worked for me so I stuck with it!
