Product description Korea's No.1 Vermicelli Noodle It is convenient to store after use with a zipper. Ottogi glass noodles are chewy and soft and do not get soggy. Wide and chewy glass noodles give a fuller texture than the regular ones. Also, it is already cut, which makes it easy to use. The cut noodles do not get tangled with each other. The wide, flat noodles are particularly easily seasoned and go well with a variety of dishes. Ingredients Sweet Potato Starch 99.9%, Emulsifier: E401, Acidity Regulator: E296, Thickener: E415. Directions Boil in water for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Drain and rinse. Can also be used in stir-fries or soups.
