Alen Air Filter B7-Pure Replacement H13 True HEPA FIlter for BreatheSmart 75i Air Purifier - Captures Allergens, Dust, & Mold (1 Filter)

My Alen Breathesmart 75i came with the “True Hepa Pure” allergen filter for dust, pollen and mold. I’ve replaced the filter twice and both times upgraded to the “True Hepa Fresh” filter that also addresses smoke, kitchen odors and VOCs (volatile organic compounds). I notice a difference with respect to kitchen smoke and odors, such as cooked fish. And wildfires have become a yearly occurrence in my area, so I feel it’s healthier to filter out as much smoke as possible as I can smell it inside at times.The 75i with the True Hepa Fresh filter makes a huge difference in my indoor air quality. The filters generally last about 12-15 months, though I went ahead and changed mine a few months early given all the fires this year. The filter already has the prefilter in it (so don’t buy one). While I don’t enjoy spending money on filters, I think it’s totally worth the cost as the allergens and smoke are health issues and I’m aware of a noticeable difference in air quality and how I feel. Definitely recommend. 5 stars.

I bought my Alen 75i last summer, and the filter it came with lasted until early this summer. I live in an area with wildfires/lots of smoke, dust and I have a woodstove which also causes some indoor smoke - last year was intensely smoky with the wildfires. This replacement filter, which I installed in June of this year, lasted all of three months before reading 'orange' on the unit, meaning it will need to be replaced soon. A filter that costs $129 should last a year, not 3-5 months - esp compared to the filter that came with the unit. While I'm very pleased with the unit and the air quality it provides, I'm now wondering whether other units would be as effective at a better price.

I ordered this filter in April. However, today was the first day the filter light came on to replace.Imagine my surprise when I go to put in the new filter and see that charcoal is spread throughout the sealed filter. I’m not sure if shipping caused this, but I was not expecting this when I opened the package today. Very Disappointed!!

There are better products than this for a lot less money.For the price of their filter replacement,I bought a unit that is much more effective.Has a UV light that really makes it superior.

I'm analogy suffer with nasal congestion. This is definitely improved the air quality within the room. We run it approximately 12 hours a day starting a couple of hours before bedtime. Pleased with the purchase.
