TIme Saver and Great deal and works out of the box.
Intel NUC NUC7i5BNK Mini PC/HTPC, Intel Dual-Core i5-7260U Upto 3.4GHz, 8GB DDR4, 128GB SSD, Wifi, Bluetooth, Thunderbolt 3, 4k Support, Dual Monitor Capable, Windows 10 Pro (8 Ram + 128GB SSD) Pleased with product. I switched my entire business to Intel NUCs. All have worked flawlessly. We are hosted so the small form factor is great. Less clutter on desk or under desk.In the past, I have purchased the memory, SSD and Windows OS separately. This time, because i did not have the time, I purchased this unit with all installed. This saved a few hours of time and worked out of the box.Now, if anything goes bad on my computers (other than the mother board) repairs to SSD or memory are simple and can be easily upgraded.Thanks so much for making all of this easier.

Depends on your use case.
This HTPC certainly has a use and place. But I have gotten far more satisfaction from my chrome cast.Playing both hbo now and Netflix on this device on a 4k tv has resulted in a frame rate and resolution that has made me want to pull my hair out.Save your money. Buy a chrome cast.

Only been using this one day but so far so good. Computer arrived quicker than expected, which was nice. Machine is quiet and seems plenty fast. Will update if I have problems but I don't expect to. Sort of wish I'd upgraded to a bigger SSD but 128gb should be ok for a while. If you're looking for a small, quiet, fast machine with Thunderbolt 3, buy this!

Great HTPC
*slaps the top of NUC* You can fit so much HTPC in this bad boy! Worked like a charm. Great for a HTPC. Streams and downloads with no problem at all.

I like the size of the computer
Are used it for my general computer. Wish it had a bigger hard drive.

Hard Drive Failed in first year.
I've bought 5 of these NUC units. The hard drive has failed on one that I ordered from e retailers. Intel won't warranty anything and has to go through the retailer. Other reviewers have also had hard drive failures. Caution to purchasers. I attempted to contact e retailer and their phone support never picks up.
