Not for all applications
Worked good, heads are slightly larger than traditional mlock screws, so I had to modify my rail slightly. Thay being said they're quite a bit meatier so they should be able to handle all sorts of abuse.

I used these for some custom hand guards I was making, they fit and work great, you will want to use little blue lok tight if you don't want them to loosen.
