SaphiRose Rain Poncho Jacket Coat Hooded for Adults with Pockets

Fantastic poncho for rainy season in Costa Rica. Lightweight and breathable, yet flawlessly waterproof. Love the shape and the front zipper so I sont have to pull it over my head. Packs up small and easily snaps onto my backpack. Love the bright yellow color! The only flaw I could find was that to use the elastic finger loops you’d have to have the arms of a T-Rex!

This was exactly what I expected in terms of function with perfectly adequate performance for the price. Not very lightweight but you want it to be sturdy enough to not rip, so I'll forgive that. The sleeves were also a tad short when you hold your arms out. But the big deal for me was that the color burgundy I thought I was getting was so far off from the photo as to not count as any screen discrepancy. It was a dull red. Makes me look like a very baggy slightly faded Red Riding Hood. The sophisticated and subtle dark burgundy photo misled me into thinking I would be the one moderately elegant human in a poncho. Nope. But, it does work. If you're thinking this packs down like an emergency poncho, it's more like a very fat clutch purse. Note the weight and dimensions if you're hoping to use for a trip and squeeze into a pack--it takes up a fair amount of space. Still, it's way better to have this than nothing and the color isn't hideous, just weird, and it fits over a backpack and the hood is very substantial with a little helpful brim. My husband ordered the deep sea blue and of course it looks quite fashionable and dapper on him. Oh well. If I get lost on the mountain, they'll know where to find me.

I purchased this to keep clipped to my saddle or in my backpack in case of rain while I’m on the trail riding my horse. I used it for the first time a couple weeks ago! It exceeded my expectations! It’s big enough that I stayed completely dry, as well as my saddle, and most of my horse! It’s great quality and dries very fast so you can put it away 10-15 minutes after use! It kept me warm as well! I would highly recommend this to any horse person looking to have an emergency rain poncho on the trail! It worked perfectly and I would 100% recommend it and purchase it again!

Five stars for the poncho and the style and features of the poncho, zero stars for the color and website description. It is sold labeled as deep blue. It is not blue at all. It is a flat dark hunter green. It is completely different than photos and completely different than the description. I ordered the blue to match colors for a company event and now this stands out and doesn’t match. Going to be returning and trying to find a different one in time. Extremely disappointed because I own this in the red already and it’s wonderful and I wanted to buy another one, but I specifically chose this color and now that’s a problem. How hard is it to take an actual photo of the product you’re selling?!
