This is my first button maker and I really like it! Yes, it does come with the metal disks, plastic backing and plastic films. Just make sure you peel every single plastic film. They get stuck to each other which feels like 1 but could be actually 2. I accidentally double layered mine but there was no problem. Still worked and didn't jam but now I have one less to make. This machine comes already assembled so you can start using it right away! I would recommend buying a circle cutter though because the one it comes with was difficult to adjust. I didn't use the pre cut circles or the coloring book but it's a nice addition for kids to use. Overall this is a really nice bundle! I would recommend this machine for fundraisers, home DIY's and school projects. It's super easy to use and the directions were simple to follow as well.Edit: I noted over time the buttons start to quite literally fall apart. I gifted couple to a friend to put on her work apron and the front piece popped right off. She only had it for 3 months before it fell apart. A few I made actually have. If you do get this maybe add super glue to the plastic backing when pressing down the metal front piece to it.

The buttons pieces worked well in the press. There was not an even number of tops vs bottoms. Several of the pin sides were missing pins or had no pins.

Could not be happier with this product!!!! The night it came in, I made close to 100 buttons! The cutters are super easy to use and did fantastic (although I did use my cricut for most of my cutting since I wanted to try out both...). I'm not a huge fan of plastic backs but even those exceeded my expectations! And great value for price

I like the product, but I had to order more buttons because not all the buttons come out done right so I wasted more than half on the ones I had to throw away.

I was kind of scared since it was made out of plastic but the price tempted me so I bought it. Got it in the mail today took it out the box and the first one I made was P E R F E C T. easy to learn and set up.

I love this little press. I got the 44mm. I wouldn't use paper thicker then computer paper as it doesn't press well. 10/10
