I had purchased ptron bassbuds b21 and after 6 months right side of earbud stopped working so connected to ptron support team for warranty and i was told to courier it to them by paying the courier charges myself.It took me around 26 days to get the replaced product back and in return i got a second hand product which was used before it had scratches on it the box was open the product box was also not new this way they are cheating the customers and very poor support team and worst company ptron.Dont buy ptron products instead opt for better reputed company like boat.

I bought this product at 26 Dec 2022. I used this product everyday. First Good things - good sound quality, it not made for high bass it give you Cristal clear voice of song with some good beat you love it,you can use it for 4hr 30 min without case with case 5 time recharge it and use, I like the light system it not always on. When you took it from case it start blink it and after connecting light turns off . Negative points - mic off this Earbuds is average you have to use both Earbuds for conversation and especially left Earbuds, you can't control volume up/down with Earbuds you have to use phone or connected devices,. That's it i really like this product

Buzzing Noise while listening to music but only in few songs for reasons unknown.2. Frequent disconnections due to poor Bluetooth range.3. Bulky and Big.Conclusion: This Earbuds looks so promising with good build quality at a competitive price of Rs. 699 but there are a few performance issues which is not expected from an Amazon Basics Product.I'm not sure if I had received a defective product but after the initial impression this pair of earbuds performed much better overall when used frequently. Thought of getting a replacement but it seems like a common defect for all so even if I go for replacement it will be having the same issue I guess. So decided to use this as a backup for calls and some music as and when needed as a backup having got at with so many offers and cashback bringing the price further down to reasonably a very affordable one. Overall a very valuable purchase I must say. Anyways at this price point its a good deal inspite of some imperfections when comes to performance.

It's fine in this price range. Shape and finishing of the buds and base are decent. Sound quality is ok as far as raw value is concerned. But no way we can compare to mid range ones also.Frequently falling from ears. Main issue is touch function. Whenever we are adjusting the buds to avoid fall, because of the configuration the song play is getting pause. Volume up/down option is not available.If you want an ear bud unit within this price range specifically, you can go for this. If you want more comfort and great sound experience, this is not the one.

It's a really nice product it's comfy doesn't hart my ears or anything it's still in good shape too. I was initially told ohh don't get it , it won't even work for a year. I can confirm it works for a year every we'll n honestly I see myself using the same pair for longer cause it has never given me any problem also the battery life is amazing i charged it like maybe once a week n use it almost the full day every day so ya live it

I bought this thinking it was a good deal.......but when I started using it I noticed the weak points .......audio was muffled and bass was not good but volume was high and controllable but overall it is not worth the money
