Q: We received our product today with no straw. Can we get one sent to us? None of our straws in our house will work we tried.

Ashley...you actually asked your question to the “Q & A forum”. If your soap dispenser was missing a part, you need to either (A) send it back to Amazon, show it was “missing part” & they will give you label to ship back free + credit you amount, or (B) go to the Amazon “help page”, can talk to someone via “chat”, explain problem + maybe they can get you part. But if you just return it, you will get FULL REFUND + you can then order new one. Unless there’s a # waisted for Samodra.
