Bought for my nephew he hasn't read it yet but loves it.

Without a doubt, Professor Sophie Scott is one of the best cognitive neuroscientist. The book is written in such a beautiful language. You feel like you're having a nice chat with her. In addition to being an incredibly informative book about the brain, it is a book that you can easily read, understand and digest the information regardless of your background. A must read! Your general culture will be significantly improved. I sincerely do hope that Professor Scott will write more books in the coming years!
