Works Great!
I was hesitant to get a renewed PC, but this one is very well built and has performed fairly well for my needs since I've had it. WIndows 11 has its own complications, but that's no fault of the product itself. It boots very quickly. And I was surprised to find an on board speaker. It's not a great speaker, but it's nice to hear music without a headset while I'm working since my monitors have no speakers at all.

Cost
It is a fantastic bargain and it let me move up to the 11 software without costing me an arm and a leg.

Fantastic bargain, but might not be 100% turnkey experience
Great machine, but two cons that might leave some people stuck and disappointed.First the potential biggy. The system came with NO power cord. Oops! Also, as other another review stated, the Wi-Fi is NOT built in by DELL as the description states. It is a tiny $5 USB typebut it works just fine and this makes no difference to me, but it might to some.FYI, if you get this machine and the Wi-Fi sees access points but will not connect, try a different USB port. I started with the 4th USB3 (blue) port on the right and no go. I moved it to the first on the left, and it has been solid now for a few days. I don't know why this would happen, but I got it working so no big deal.Neither of those issues flustered me, your mileage may vary.I got this refurb PC because of its 8 core i7-9700, 32GB RAM and 1TB SDD all for a great price. If you have never owned one of these DELL commercial grade machines, you will not be disappointed. The build quality and the heavy sheet metal used in these units is far superior to a discount consumer grade PC. I have had four similar mini towers like this over the years - 2 HP and 2 DELL, but this is the most powerful one yet. The $400 price point makes it a no-brainer for most business and home office uses. It runs Win11, Libre Office, some trading and charting platforms, and FL Studio DAW all at the same time without hesitation. The 32GB RAM no doubt helps with that. The unit arrived well packed for shipping and reasonably clean, though it had what I thought at first was a small scratch on top. This turned out to be a splash of white-out from its past corporate life.As I mentioned above, what could be a showstopper for most users looking for a turnkey machine, this unit arrived with no power cord. Now, having been a PC hardware nerd for decades, I have dozens of the standard power cords laying around, and it did not slow me down a bit. Obviously, though, a power cord should come in the box, and most likely will in yours. I can't imagine they left it out on purpose.I have not tested the included CHEAP wireless keyboard and mouse, but I am sure they are fine for what they are and are probably an upgrade for laptop keyboard users.Great value, in a small, solid package.

Buy a new computer instead of a recycled one.
The Jury is still out on this computer. I didn't work well at all. Just showed me a white screen. When I contacted Amazon I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours and try to resolve the problem. 96 hours went by, and nobody ever tried to help me out. I finally decided that I was just stuck with the problem, and Amazon was not going to allow me to replace or return it, even though they had said that it had a 90 day return or replacement warrantee on it. I ended up downloading a fresh copy of Windows 11 onto it, and for the moment it seems to be working, except it keeps dropping the internet connections to my router for some unknown reason. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Probably not.

Good quallity without breaking the budget
Great price and great value to replace my old pc. My old pc was not capable of upgrading to Windows 11 and that was the only reason to replace it. Being forced to upgrade to a newer desktop pc let me with a desire to do so the most affordable way possible. Refurbished/restored electronics and PCs help me keep up without spending more than absolutely necessary.

Video cable to hook up monitor should be mentioned in specs.
Arrived in like new condition. I think it was an oversight that advertised item did not list that the unit needed a 8k/4k video input cable to link monitor. I was expecting hdmi or standard video hookup. Other than that, only glitch I ran into was in the included DVD/RW did not recognize cd or dvd, but once I downloaded and installed Roxio 2, it worked fine.

Good but not great
Bought this after buying the same computer from another vendor. This one was able to be set up which made me happy. What didn’t make me happy was the keyboard which doesn’t have the fold out feet. Never saw one that was so flat.I wish they could replace it for me with a better keyboard.

Happy I pulled the trigger and ordered this PC
Computer arrived one day earlier than expected (nice surprise!) and in good shape. That was a happy discovery considering that it was in a box with a loosely fitting bubble wrap "box" (air filled tubes creating a small box) and some packing peanuts. It was easily shifting around within the box. Powered up fine and connected to my wifi with no issues. Had to move the mouse/keyboard receiver as it was spotty coverage from less than 3 feet away., Now mounted 16" away on the bottom of one of the monitors connected via USB extension. Took a day or so to remote into my old PC and getting it working the way I like, and have spent the last few days fine tuning it and I am very happy with it. Still getting used to Windows 11, but that is to be expected.
