Bought these to replace the cheese wheels that came on one side of my Weber Genesis 2. You have to but the inserts too but everything fits right in and works perfect and looks good. Wsy better than the single direction ones that came stock and broke after a week. Good product. 2022 weber genesis 2.

One Good & One Defective
Our Weber wheels (caster) were broken by movers. I ordered all new wheels and caster inserts. I was excited to get these casters (comes in a set of two), unfortunately one of the casters was made incorrectly. Its' brass fitting was clamped down in the wrong location so the caster would not lock into place and securely fit into the caster insert. Luckily, one of the old casters was still in good shape, so I was able to reuse it.The problem is how do I get a refund for 1 caster when they are sold as a set of two. Note, they are packaged in individual boxes and the placed in one box for shipping. I have it ready to ship back, but need an approval from the seller.
