Modway Commix Down-Filled Overstuffed Upholstered 4-Piece Sectional Sofa

I actually found this couch from a girl on TikTok. She did a video review on it and immediately I was like I want this one. I was literally deciding to spend 4k on a cloud couch before this one and after watching her video I was sold. For the price I think it's amazing quality. I love the color and most importantly the couch is so comfortable. I was worried about the delivery but it the company was amazing and I got notified every step of the way. The delivery men showed up right at the time I requested and it was super easy even with my building (sometimes delivery isn't the easier where I am). I highly recommend this couch. It's so worth it and it's beautiful.

I was really nervous about delivery because I kept getting later dates, but it got here in a week and NSD notified me every step of the way I was seriously shocked! The couch is beautiful! It’s so comfy, easy to wipe clean, such a great price! The perfect cloud couch doup! Will definitely be ordering more pieces in the future if we move into a bigger living room!

I did a lot of research about this modway couch before buying it, Amazon sells it for much cheaper than other retailers so I figured I would give it a go. Couch came extremely fast and it is perfect, great quality, the cloud couch dupe of my dreams. Now please be aware because Amazon doesn’t deliver big things like this, in my area they partner with CEVA to do the final delivery for them, and holy crap working with them was a nightmare. From scheduling a time to get it delivered to the whole experience of dealing with the driver, I do not understand why Amazon partners with this company. 10/10 purchase, just beware of who does the final delivery.

While the sofa is beautiful, there is a fundamental error in its engineering – there is absolutely no protective layer between the down stuffing and the upholstery. Meaning, the entire couch is a landmine of hundreds of razor-sharp feather quills waiting to probe into your skin at any given moment. I literally had one draw blood earlier this week. It is impossible to pull all of them out; they are everywhere. So, yes, it's a good looking "sofa," but is it really a sofa if you can't sit on it? I've had this weapon of mass destruction for four months and it's come to the point that I cannot physically use it unless I have a very thick blanket covering the entire area I am sitting or laying on. It's honestly embarrassing when I have guests over. Easily the biggest waste of $2k I've ever spent in my life. I have reached out to Modway because their warranty covers defective items, but have not heard back. Please, do not make the mistake I did and buy this couch. I will never purchase anything from Modway again.

Knocked down a star because shipping/delivery got delayed and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone directly. It finally arrived and the people who unloaded offered to build and remove trash for an additional fee in which we denied. Assembly and instructions are easy and so far we love the couch! You can link them together or keep them as is to move around. It is comfy and not cheap feeling or extremely firm. Also big enough to rearrange and have as a bed for someone to sleep on.

This couch is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable to sit on. The back cushions slouch but that is the look I had in mind. Very much a sink in slouchy couch! Shipping was also great with the option to upgrade to white glove.

The media could not be loaded.  I LOVE MY COUCH!!!Pros: EASIEST assembly! (Opening the boxes & unwrapping was harder than putting the actual couch together). The only thing you had to assemble were the legs of the couch and it came with an Allen key. The couches come with a hinge at the bottom and you only have to lift the couch up place in the hole and push and it locks in place.The couches are very light (unless im strong 29yo female 165lbs 5’9) i was able to assemble couches in less than 30 minutes.I fall asleep comfortably because the couch and the ottoman are long enough to fit me lying down.The actual 3rd party vendor delivery guys were amazing ! They carried every box up to the 2nd floor and inside my apartment with no complaints. Even called 30minutes in advance to let me know they were almost at my home.No funky smell! Fluffy thick couches and the pillows/seats do NOT slip off or move!Cons: They use a third party vendor NOT amazon and even if you choose a date and time they do not care. The seller will let you know when you have to be home for the delivery, no other options. I had scheduled for a time i would be home (6pm) and they delivered at 2pm. I had to use PTO for a couch delivery! The actual delivery guys were amazing ! They carried every box up to the 2nd floor and inside my apartment with no complaints.
