Have had this mattress warmer for 2 winters now and works like the day we got it. We usually start warming the bed at least an hour before we go to bed, which is perfect to take away the sheet shock in the cold months. We like the individual settings for temperature control and the timing option for it to auto shut off.

My husband is always cold, and I'm usually hot, so the Sealy 3M Scotchgard Heated Mattress Pad has been a game-changer for us! We can adjust the temperature to our individual preferences, and it keeps us both comfortable throughout the night. The pad is soft, easy to use, and heats up quickly. Definitely recommend for couples with different temperature needs!

I bought this to replace the heated pad we had on our previous mattress. The new mattress is a king with cooling foam on it, which is great for the wife who runs crazy hot, but not for me who runs cold. I didn't want to isolate her from the cooling foam so bought a twin to put under just my side of the bed. I ended up cutting off the skirting and just laying it under the mattress cover and it's worked out fine.The controller is basic but OK. As far as heat goes it I'll never use it over 3 out of 9, this thing can get really hot. I keep it at 2 and it's enough to provide a gentle heat that's more than sufficient to keep me from waking up cold in the middle of the night.So I'm happy with it so far, we'll see how stands up over time.

Excellent customer service! The first mattress cover we received had a terrible smell of mildew, especially when we turned it. After emailing customer service and receiving a very prompt reply, we decided to ask for a replacement. The new(but same model) arrived within a few days and was absolutely fine. It heats up quickly and comfortably along the entire length of the mattress. Returning the smelly one was very easy and instructions about how to do it (through Amazon) were easy to follow. My only complaint was about the instructions that came with the mattress cover: not very helpful in terms of how to place cover and arrange the cords. Other than that, we're very pleased with the purchase.

We’ve had this heated mattress cover through the winter now. It is held up in the wash. It is very soft and durable and the best thing I’ve ever purchased. I love getting in bed at night and it is so warm and cozy and helps me fall fast asleep. It did fit the mattress perfectly. A great value for the money. The controls are very functional. And it looks amazing.

This replaced an earlier heated pad which had died. We like this one a lot more:- We don't feel the heating coils under us at all.- It heats quickly.- We have separate controls for our respective sides of the bed.It has timer features, though we don't use those. We use this primarily to preheat the bed before going to sleep, turning it off when we get into bed. I will often flip my side on if I get up in the night so it keeps the bed warm for my return.Something I have never understood about all of these heated mattress pads, and this one is no different, is that the controls are of course at the head end of the bed, but the cables connected to the pad itself run under the mattress all the way to the foot of the bed where connectors allows them to be joined. The connectors have some dimension so they can be felt with your foot. The connectors on this particular pad are pretty unobtrusive, but still present. It seems to me that it would make much more sense if the cables connected to the pad at the head end of the bed. They would be far up, under your pillow, where you would never encounter them, plus it would save all that wire that has to be strung under the mattress.(The seeming solution is to simply flip the pad around putting the designated foot end at the head end of the bed and then swapping the controls, but the heating coils are not distributed equally throughout the pad. There are no coils under the head end. If you flipped the pad around, you would begin heating your head while leaving your feet cold.)

I have been using a heated mattress pad for many years. My first one lasted very long, the second one from the same brand broke within two years. Unfortunately that brand is no longer available so I bought this one. I love the controller! You can set your preference while awake and it remembers your setting. What makes the controller so special, is that the setting buttons are recessed so you don't accidentally push them. The on/off button on the other hand is raised and easy to find by feel. Unfortunately I am not happy with the pad. I've been using it for 2 months now and the padding is too thin. Not only can I feel the wires (side sleeper), but I also think it prevents the mattress from molding to your body. Sadly the thin cover seems to be a problem with most brands nowadays. I would rather pay a little more and have a quality product!

I already have an electric blanket. I live it and it makes half of me warm. I added this to the mix and now it's heaven for anyone cold. Heaven. Top and bottom are now warm. I love that I can easily set a timer for shut off. You do not feel the coils. It was a game changer to my quality of sleep.
