Very confusing. Once CD is placed in pouch and stuck to a surface, the only way to gain access is to peel a “perforated” Part of the sleeve. The downside is that it is hardly perforated and many of the sleeves were torn and unableTo use.

We use these at work to label storage bins and they work quite well. We print our labels on cardstock, cut to fit, and insert. They stay on the storage bins (flexible plastic like Sterilite, Rubbermaid, Homz) through many changes of the labels, yet peel off reasonably easily when it's time to replace them.
