Will this work in Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Brussels?

Yes and no. You may need a voltage converter, becareful! The Netherlands uses the Type F electrical plug. This plug has two round pins, spaced about 2 cm apart, and is the same as those used in many countries in Continental Europe. The standard voltage is 230-volts, but some hotels have special plugs for 110 or 120-volt shavers. For Luxembourg there are two associated plug types, types C and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Luxembourg operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. For Belgium there are two associated plug types, types C and E. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type E is the plug which has two round pins and a hole for the socket's male earthing pin. Belgium operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.

Will this item work in Monrovia Liberia?

This adapter was useful in Zimbabwe and South Africa. The product is very universal and it should help you in Monrovia and Liberia.
