Toenail Clipper Extra Large, AYADA 6mm Wide Opening Toe Nail Cutter with File for Thick and Hard Nails

I would highly recommend this product. It is easy to use and does a superb job. A typical toe nail clipper could not effectively allow me to trim my thick toe nails. This particular clipper allows me to trim them back with ease and performs the task to my satisfaction. The additional items included make this a very good value.

After purchasing several OTC clippers and scissors that just weren't sufficient for Granny's very thick toenails, we finally searched online. This product was perfect! Granny is able to safely trim her own toenails. The clippers are large, but she had no issues maneuvering them. The clippers came assembled in a nice pouch complete with the extra grooming tools.

I have always had a hard time cutting my toenails. So I decided to look online for some that were easy to use. I saw a couple of different ones that I liked. The one I purchased works quite well. It has sharp cutting edges and cuts the nail where you want it cut. Now I can take care of my nails with ease!

Very good for trimming guinea piggy nails. Strong enough to go through hard nails, wide enough for big nails, and durable.

Used these on my 90 year old mother who is currently a nursing home resident. Previously, because of her thick toenails growing very long, we, the family had to raise holy heck to get anything done then she had to personally incur part of the expense for a visiting podiatrist. Ordered these clippers and used them. Because of the wide opening on these clippers I was able to easily and painlessly remove thick toenails that had been such a problem in the past.

I like that the opening is much wider than regular clippers. I was able to trim thick toe nails that were difficult to do with the regular clippers. The only issue I have with this product, is that, if you have small hands, you need both your hands to hold and use it. Other than that, it's great.

UPDATE: The company contacted me. Apparently they are sometimes shipped this way to avoid damage in shipping. Others have replied to my question saying their’s were sent as one piece. There was nothing in the Amazon entry stating assembly was needed. Communication is a cornerstone to Any relationship. The seller has contacted me, offering to replace the unit (if I’d not had an assist to assemble, I’d have jumped on that), and it is a nice set. They work very well! The seller sent out a second set as well. I’m upgrading my review to four stars. It easily would have been five if the Amazon advhad been worded appropriately.WONDERFUL customer service!!Original: My clippers arrived today. I eagerly looked forward to using them, as I’ve recently paid entirely too much to have especially one nail done. Since I read nothing in the product’s description regarding “assembly needed”, I expected to use them today. They are in three pieces, not counting the accessories. The clippers need to be assembled! Why??? There is no instruction sheet. Also, I don’t have the strength in my fingers. I tried! These were too expensive to need to wait and have this unit assembled. I have never seen clippers sold in pieces before. I’ll need to wait for my son to stop by or return them.....So disappointed!!

I had a problem with my first purchase, the clippers broke after only using a few times, and was after the return date, but the minute AYADA found out I had a problem, they immediately contacted me and kindly replaced them. Very impressed with their customer service.
