Very comfortable! Bought and swapped out the insole for a for a new pair of sneakers.

I have been using various models of Powerstep Insoles for a number of years, as a runner and now as a walker and from my experience they are excellent products. This is the first time I have used the model with the metatarsal pad and I must say it is doing just what they say it will do. Like other people I inherited my mother's bunions which cause varying amounts of foot discomfort, and, no, this insole will not alleviate it, but I do believe, with its metatarsal pad and wonderful arch support, some of the midfoot pressure has been relieved. All of their insoles are well constructed and hold up well, but will not last forever. I always keep an extra set ready just in case I think they should be changed. I've recommended this product to other members of my family.

I have arthritis in my feet,ball of foot pain, nerve pain from arthritis. I have spent alot of money looking for relief. my podiatrist recommended these insoles. they have not made my pain go away, but they definitely improved all my pain. these have good support and the are cushioned also I only have been wearing for about two weeks now so I can't speak to durability. I can say they offer some pain relief and I have significant pain normally, they are comfortable. the only thing I would caution you on is that they are pretty thick (1/4") so be sure you have room in your shoe. I wear a brooks ghost shoe and had no problem. I would recommend based on my limited experience.

I suffer from foot pain issues due to long hours standing at work well this insoles just cut my pain in half. I will get more pairs for my other shoes.

My orthopedist actually told me to try these as my insurance wouldn’t cover custom made. I have bought 2 pair now and they work great! Sometimes my custom orthotics make my shoes feel too tight. These aren’t as thick so fit better in my shoes and work just as well.

I was thrilled to see a combination insert with metatarsal pads. They were each slightly different which gave me a chance to decide which pair was better for me. First of all, they were not actually a combination pack, but two separate boxes & there was no discount for ordering them as a combo. This was vexing because I realized I could have chosen two different inserts at a more reasonable price myself. The orange inserts are amazing. They are comfortable, the metatarsal pad is perfectly placed, so I immediately began wearing them & love them. I delayed using the blue power step insert because I had recently purchased a different style power step. Today I took the second pair out & immediately noticed that the right insert seems to be missing the metatarsal pad, while the left one is intact. I am wearing them as I write this & they are definitely different! I realize I’m at fault for not noticing sooner so I could return them, but honestly how am I supposed to do that when only onePair is defective, while the other pair is perfect? The arch support is excellent, especially with the orange inserts, as is the metatarsal pad. They are perfectly placed in my sneakers & add the proper amount of support. I am disappointed in the quality and feel that this was not a good value for me. That being said, I would purchase the Power step orange pair again separately at a more reasonable price.

I’m on my feet all day and suffer from ball of my foot pain. With these I barely feel it anymore. I do replace the insoles every 3 months but worth it.

This product was ordered to replace foot beds from another manufacturer. The latter wer slightly too high for the last in my running shoes, resulting in irritated toe tops. These do the job albeit with a somewhat thinner sole pad.

These are great insoles, but they are only appropriate for close shoes of course. I have really wanted to put them in my sandals, but the bright orange has stocked me if you need help with so feed or problematic you should give these a try.

This insole has helped me with fallen metatarsal arches. I thought it was a bit expensive, my only complaint
