I bought this couch as it was exactly what I was looking for, however it did not arrive velvet as described and is instead linen. The pullout is a little finicky but still works nonetheless. It is overall just a pullout couch and does come very firm (needs to be broken in). It is very sturdy and does the job it needs to. Had an issue with our order(s) arriving at separate times and am still waiting on the third package as I write this. 8/10.

This couch seems to be very poor quality. I liked the look in the pictures. I like the metal decor on the edging. The arms of the couch wiggle and there's no way to tighten them. There are no legs to support the middle of the couch. I may need to go to home depot to get some make shift center supports. You can see the connectors on the back of the couch, so you'll want to have the back toward a wall to hide that. The chaise is supposed to be reversible, but they only had holes drilled on one side and not the other. It's an ok couch, but I'm sure it won't last long at all. We'll see how well it holds up with 2 kids and 2 dogs. I would say it's worth $350 at most. Oh, and it's definitely more beige than gray.

The couch is comfortable. The cushions are plush but firm. I didn't realize it was lower to the ground, so we ordered separate legs that are taller. The ottoman does move around so we added grips to the bottom of the legs. The color is really lovely and fabric is soft. Normally it’s hard to know what your getting off amazon but this couch was comfy.Update after a month: I’ve heard it creak already and the side arms slightly move if you push on them. Doesn’t seem like the wood is very strong or it was constructed very well. It’s still comfy but it was not worth the price showing at all. The ottoman moves around a lot still and everything sticks to the fabric like crumbs or fuzzys ect.

Trying to upload a photo but it won’t let me. I got the large grey sectional with the storage ottoman, storage arm rest, and pull out bed. And I love this this. It is more firm like the reviews have stated, but to be honest it so much better for my back and shoulders and I don’t foresee the “sunken couch” issue occurring with it. I did buy a mattress topper for the bed and it makes it a perfect bed. It took about an hour to assemble with a partner. I have a black cat and white dog, so far their nails haven’t ruined it and I haven’t noticed any really pet hair clinging to it. I am so happy with this purchase and only have one issue. I with the arm rest was about four inches higher. Other then that highly recommended this couch. Not to big, not to small and made with a long term use in mind. Perfect for a single couple or three person family.

❤️It's nice for my family size❤️It looks nice⚠️Lower then normal⚠️The cup holder part is hard on your back⚠️If it's not in a corner it septates❤️The ottoman is solid❤️you can wash the cushions in the washer in don't recommend drying them⚠️even though you can wash them the strings for the pattern will not go back through the cushions once removed⚠️ fabric collects odor I wouldn't recommend it if you have dogs for a couple reasons fabric and it sperates

We thought it would be bigger but it’s is pretty much the size of a regular couch. As they say you get what you pay for!

Size: Too long for my mobile home living room. I currently use as a 3-seater with 1 of the middle, armless, sections as an additional chair off to the side.Assembly: Easy. The holes lined up well. The L-wrench that came with it has one end designed to be used at an angle! Was very helpful for tighter spots.Comfort: Doesnt feel like it costs thousands of dollars. But my nephew thinks it's very comfy and I haven't had any issues as a fat guy.

9 months in, this couch gives me bruises on my legs from the padding sinking and the frames bulging. If only I cpuld get my money back from such poor quality. 🤷‍♀️ It hurts to sit on and is extremely uncomfortable. This was a great couch for the first few months. Now, it is terrible. I wish I would've waited for the back ordered couch I had originally ordered from Wayfair. This is not a good purchase. The best part of it is that it has a pull put bed, but there's so much gapping you lose everything under the couch.
