I saw a video once talking about the importance of taking choline while pregnant (additionally from what is in your prenatal vitamin because it's not enough). I swear it helps, my baby is super smart even though she was born preemie due and a lot of her intelligence I contribute to taking this while pregnant with her. Even after giving birth I kept taking them for my own postpartum brain fog and to hopefully pass on to baby through breastmilk.The pills don't have a funny taste or smell to them and also I had no side effects.I would definitely recommend.Good value for money too.

I’ve been taking this for a while for my pregnancy and so far I’ve had a good turnout. Even tho the pills are huge, I haven’t gotten any side effects or any problems when taking this vitamins. I’m making my second order, as I am almost out.

I bought this product to help with frequent clogged milk ducts while breastfeeding. My lactation consultant recommended choline and I was looking for the product with the safest ingredients. This product appeared to be great quality with clean ingredients. There is no smell or aftertaste. It is slightly difficult to swallow as it is a powdery/dry capsule but is fine with a big drink of water. I feel like this was on the pricier end for a supplement but I was willing to pay the price for a clean product since I am breastfeeding so the ingredients also go to my baby.
