Practical advice and helpful exercises
I love everything about this book. I'm not usually much for "self help" books but I find Bard's intelligent and actionable advice helpful and relatable. It's also got a lovely layout. It's been really helpful as I'm trying to up my career game.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I found that doing the prompts and developing habits was helpful. Even for things like posting for my blog. It was something I could do quickly even on days that I was busy. That is something that made it easy to stick to. I will continue to go back to this book from time to time. Especially if I have to get back on track again.

Something for everyone
Is work not everything you would like it to be? This book might well have an answer. Divided into 100 exercises to enhance the work situation, it offers help, encouragement and ideas that can improve your working life. From Plan - Realistically (#62) via Imposter Syndrome: Create a Confidence Ritual (#35) to Manage Digital Fatigue (#21) this book offers practical ways of nurturing your work well-being - and with space in the book to chart your progress. Highly recommended.

A deceptively simple book which will help you to thrive at work
This is a book for our times. It’s full of apparently simple tools and hacks which when applied consistently can have a surprisingly powerful impact on your well-being at work.
