CRAFTSMAN V20 Cordless Leaf Blower, Hard Surface Blower, Bare Tool Only (CMCBL710B)

This leaf blower came in what most would consider a small box compared to a gas leaf blower. The good thing is it's easy to assemble. The leaf blower is good for older folks and those that have a problem holding a heavier gas blower. The power of the blower seems to be fine for a typical yard job. It didn't overheat and the trigger switch made it easy to start and stop it. This unit came with a battery and charger. The charger seems to be a lower quality but as long as it charges that is what matters. The battery came and was about 66% charged. I charged it overnight and it showed a full charge and ran okay. It's definitely not an extended life battery but good enough to complete a regular size yard job. I would buy again. If you have the battery Craftsman weedeater, buying the extended battery would be a good investment because you can use the extended life battery in both the weedeater and the blower.

Pretty good for a battery powered blower. The battery sent is the small one so it’s highly recommended to get a backup. I’m a steel hauler and use my blower to blow off my flatbed trailer and I easily go through two batteries.

It’s a great tool but lacks power. My electric blower is 3x stronger. Not bad for the price. Very quiet. And light

This leaf blower is lightweight and very easy to use. Battery life was about 45 minutes blowing leaves. Initial charge up of battery to over 2 hours recharging after use the same. I am going to order an extra battery due to the size of the areas I need to maintain. Good buy for the money.

Battery dated 2021. Product delivered 2024.Tried multiple outlets. Cycled batter in / out of charger (2-3 seconds) for 10 minutes. No response from battery.Very disappointed with Craftsman.As usual, Amazon return policy is awesome, so I'm trying a replacement unit hoping for a better battery.

I'm quite happy with my purchase. I've used it quite a few times now and honestly don't have any complaints. The battery is plenty for my needs (small yard) and hasn't drained on me yet. It's light weight. My 82 year old father gave it a try and commented on how it was a lot lighter than he thought it would be. The performance of the blower is what I expected it to be. It moves my yard waste with ease. I suggest giving this Craftsman a shot!

For the price this is a good unit with adequate blowing capacity and battery life
