Since my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost, I knew my best option was to find one on Amazon. After an exhausting search through all ROM knee braces, I chose this one because of the price and features. It was important to me that I was able to increase the flexion by 10 degree increments. I also didn’t want the brace to cover my entire leg and I liked that this one had an adjustable length as well. Even though I have the length adjusted as short as it will go, it still covers most of my leg on my 5’5” body. Not ideal, but I think if the brace were shorter like I originally wanted, it would have slipped down my leg more. The brace has 4 Velcro straps, 2 above the knee and 2 below. I keep the ones right above and below my knee the tightest. The top and bottom straps I keep looser to try to let blood circulate through the leg. This brace barely slides down the leg as long as you have the strap right below the knee adjusted tight over the top of the calf. It’s also important to make sure that the center of the brace with the hinge is slightly above the middle of the knee cap. Any lower and it will slowly slide down the leg and you won’t get the correct ROM. I am able to bend my knee an additional 10 degrees each week and I like that I am able to adjust the hinge without removing it. To adjust, simply extend the leg so it’s not bent. Unlock the hinge, slide the little arrow to the desired flexion and/or extension, then lock the hinge again. I sometimes wear this brace on my bare skin under a skirt or I put it over a pair of leggings. It’s easy to take on and off and the Velcro holds in place really well. I would recommend this brace to a friend. I think because of the adjustable length and the large Velcro straps, this brace would fit almost anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Well built for immobilizing not so much for movement. *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2018* This is a helpful support for your knee in an affordable price. That said it's works best for immobilizing your leg, if you need to use its joints so you can move your knees, you will start to have a harsh experience. First all the Velcros starts to shred, exposing lines and other stuff, second, the whole brace starts to slip down on you legs, with only 1 minute of movement it will already slip even if you set the straps really tight, like circulation- stopping-tight, it will still slide down your leg.It is well build and probably do the work really well on protecting knees that need to be immobilized, but not great for movement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good overall *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2018* Very good braces, quite sturdy and have held up well. They prevent my knees from dislocating or subluxing when I wear them, and they're decently comfortable, better if you don't wear jeans inder them. 2 problems: They're annoying to put on, and usually need some adjustment during the day. Also, they tend to fall down. However, on the tops of the metal side supports, there's a place where you could conceivably attach some sort of straps to hold them up better.
