Love this vac and love it even more because of the promt and efficient customer service. Had an issue with powering mine on. They took care of the problem immediately and sent me a new one. Thank you Starument!

I bought this to clean up crumbs and other small kitchen messes. It does a solid job and saves me hauling out the big vacuum cleaner, which is great. The charge lasts a decent time and it's not hard to clean. The suction is good enough for my needs.The one complaint I have is that it's very easy to put the cover on in the wrong orientation. When someone does that, the cover gets stuck and it's very difficult to remove without damaging the locking mechanism, which is just plastic. I've had this happen a few times and each time it's taken several minutes to carefully remove it without breaking it. Breaking it wouldn't ruin the device but it's still an annoying problem.Otherwise the design is nice — the mint green colour is cute and I don't mind leaving it out on the counter due to the streamlined look. I'd happily pay more for a similar design with better build quality.

I purchased this vacuum in July 2023. I was pretty happy with it for some time however about 8-9 months later it just quit working. It won’t hold a charge. The light indicates it’s charged when plugged in but as soon as it’s unplugged it blinks red and won’t turn on. Very disappointing.

This is the perfect on the go portable vacuum. It only got 3/5 stars for suction power d/t the inability to pick up larger particles in the car. Overall still a great and cost effective choice to keep a car, mud room, or cabinets crumb and mess free.
