Obviously these three who reviewed before me dont know how to review products
review#1 There is no heat protectant if you touch it it will burn you but it is nice formally - obviously this will scald you if you touch the kettle body when its off boil. this is normal physics. this is why a handle is created for these electric kettles to avoid being scalded. i really thought its common sense but i dont know why this is reviewed like this.review#2 unfortunately there is no digital display and can’t fix the temperature - there is nothing in the product description or even in the product title that shows it has temp control feature. its a simple electric kettle that stops when its reached boiling point activated inside a sensor. once again, simple thermophysics.review#3 The marketing is misleading! It's just a normal kettle with no extras. You can't see the temperature nor can you control it...it's just a dull white kettle. - this reviewer probably wanted a singing jarvis once its done boiling, with complete holographic display of the boiling temp.had the reviewer thoroughly inspected the product description, even the photos he/she wouldn't have made a complete embarrassment of making this review.its not a dull white kettle. its just a simple white kettle that does what it does.the XBLDS Electric Gooseneck Kettle is a good product. simple, but its okay. the previous reviews are misleading and is currently the problem with todays consumers not reading the description, having ridiculously high expectations of these simple products expecting something to operate like a Fellow Stagg EKG for 98AED.

It's a kettle but it has no precise temperature control
The marketing is misleading! It's just a normal kettle with no extras. You can't see the temperature nor can you control it. Also, I read the manual just to see if i'm missing out on anything but as I mentioned before, it's just a dull white kettle.

No digital display!
Bought it long time ago and it work great but unfortunately there is no digital display and can’t fix the temperature
